Good night - Eyeliner: gel or liquid ?

Well cuties, i dont know in ur country, but here in Brazil, mostly women uses the liquid eyeliner.
So, if you are starting now (with make up or eyeliner), you should know that the gel one is better. 
You know, liquid can drain and blot your make. It's just a lil' touch 4 U =p
